School Board Recognizes Teachers of the Year

At its most recent meeting, the Board of Education recognized several educators who were named Teachers of the Year at their schools. The honorees were selected by their colleagues for their commitment to student success, strong classroom instruction and positive impact on the school community.

Superintendent Dr. Maria Alvarez thanked the teachers for their dedication and leadership. “Our teachers play an essential role in helping every student succeed,” she said.
