District Schools Celebrate Indigenous Culture and Learning

Schools across the district recently held activities recognizing Indigenous culture, history and perspectives. Students engaged in storytelling sessions, art activities and classroom discussions that highlighted the importance of learning from Indigenous knowledge and traditions.

These activities support the district’s ongoing commitment to reconciliation and meaningful learning opportunities for all students.
